Booking & Contract
By placing a booking with A1 Cars Private Hire Ltd for services, the client is presumed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Advance requests are mandatory.
Waiting Time & Delays
The initial 10 minutes of waiting are included. Subsequent waiting costs £30/hour in 15-minute increments.
Service Policies
Smoking: Non-smoking policy enforced across all vehicles.
Additional Charges
• Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day: +50%
Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hours: Full payment required.
Airport Procedures
Passengers must attempt locating drivers via phone, driver's mobile, airport information, or designated meeting points before departing airport grounds.
Payment Terms
No credit/debit card charges apply. Passengers verify available funds on travel date.

prices for trips are dependent on the time of day and how many passengers are travelling.
